SC-2106 on Di650

Hi, all! I got a Di650 with a sc2106 error code on it, its not in the manual, and a google search isnt getting anything. Anybody have any potential leads on this for me? Thanks!

Check out your transfer/sep cleaning mechanism. Try exercising the M14 (transfer cleaning assy motor) and test the sensors.

Doesn't Mode 25, data collection (4), SC count of each section (12) provide verbose description of the error codes? I haven't touched one of these in the past half year or so. Seeing a lot of Ricoh's, though. :>

SC21-06 The lock signal for M10 (transfer/separation
cleaning) is detected within 2
seconds since the return motion (back
to front) of M10 has started

Check the motor which moves the Transfer / separation cleaning pad to & fro for sluggish movement, replace if required. A Bypass solution to get the machine working immediately is to switch off the Bit 4 of Dipsw 3 in the 25 Mode.
