    Re: KM Bizhub 600 showing Paper Jam connot reset

    [QUOTE=gregoriojc;293272]Hello Guys,

    I am facing a problem on Konica Bizhub 600 it is showing on the display "a paper jam has been detected remove the missfed paper according to the guide"
    Pull out te adu unit. open cover M3 and removed Misfed" but there is no paper, I replace the the whole ADU unit thinking that there was a problem on sensor, wiring or board. Im out out of idea how to solve the problem, one more thing if there is a paper jam there is possibility that you cannot enter on program mode?

    Pls. help me Guys

    It would be helpful to know the jam code (as stored in the service mode). =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
