    Service Mode of Bizhub 363

    Hi Guys,

    Can you please advise how to go into Service Mode of Konica Minolta Bizhub 363? or Is it the same as the other Models?

    Just wondering what you need to do in the Service Mode? It is meant for techs to use...are you one?
    Just looked at your profile...your a tech..you should have the details but it is, as far as I know the same as normal

    service mode bh363 same as bh500/501, u can try this one
    1. press utility/counter counter key, press meter count and check detail.
    2. press the stop key and key pad in the order shown below
    stop -> 0 -> 0 -> stop -> 1
