Konica bizhub c350 administrator code reset

Got a used bizhub c350 --works great except can not figure out
how to clear the UNKNOWN Old administrator 8 digit code....
STILL ON IT...
Low mileage on this baby --service manual--says do memory reset...
need code to do it..I think
...any help appreciated...

got the administrator code...& tech rep code for this puppy...
...don't leave home without it.. One way to solve a problem.

I -think- you can bypass the tech rep log in by stop-0-stop-3. Try it when you get to where you put in the tech rep password. Then stop-9 gets you into security mode.
