Fuser trouble c-3102

On bizhub press c6000 , the machine has 500k
After startup there is clicking noise from the fuser unit and trouble c-3102 appears,
few days ago the customer had a problem whit the pressure of the fixing unit and toner was coming off the paper, but after a little brake all was back to normal.
I know that this problem appears constantly on c6500 series and its usually fixed whit replacement of the one way gears and shaft.
Is it the same whit bizhub c6000? Or is there another cause of this problem?
