    Konica Minolta DI3510

customer has DI3510, stays in warm up screen ( illustrations of 4 or 5 copiers ). attempted reboot, trouble reset; occasionally system goes to ready and becomes operational - 10% operational, 90% inoperational. Eventualy goes back to 'initial start up' screen and freezes up. Used as their printer - possible computer system issue ? Could use some help with this one

I would remove the network cable from the device and see if the machine goes to the ready state. I had one where the nic went bad and would make the machine reboot, but once i disconnected the network cable it would copy fine.

Try disconnecting HDD. I had the same problem and that is what it was.

Check power as well, also might need a flash.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
