I have a machine c550 with fiery

The problem is this:

The primary colors printing with the controler the machine is ok.

The primary colors printing with the controler of the fiery have cyan spots.

Any sugestion?

I would try to change the second transfer adjustment, thick paper and plain paper settings.

it sound like your saying copier prints are good and fiery prints have cyan spots if thats true then have you printed a fiery test page to see if the cyan spots are there and send another file to the fiery (btw fiery default paper setting is 20lb), have you adjusted for thickness of paper in the copier and when printing check the paper setting of the print job, is the fiery calibrated?
Are the colors on the paper flaking off when you rub it, if so it's probably the paper setting. Hope this puts you in the right direction, good luck.
