I will be going to a C352 tomorrow that is printing/copying light in all four colors. This problem showed up about 3 weeks ago. Another tech went and replaced all image units. Problem went away until late today.
Check to see if the image is light on the belt. If it then there is something screwy with the belt. If not the Transfer roller, check the earths around that area.
Thanks, went to it today and had a P-7 code. Which was a failed Magenta IU. I noticed when I pulled the unit out there was build up on the drum. Once I replaced it and ran stabilizer and gradation, it was fine. Hopefully it doesn't come back.

What is up with magenta IU's, they always seem to be the ones that fail prematurely regardless of the KM model.............. It must be Bushes fault!!!!!!!!!!!!
i have tried this and seems to get more life some. i have found that making sure the bias voltage is switched on after gradition is done the iu's last longer and can be reset if needed. u can confirm this by checking the vg in table (under state confirm)it can be up around 700 to 800 if left to long with bias off. this will burn the drum life fast and kills the iu. after bias is on do reset and stableize then check the vg. you will see the vg drop. not saying this is a solution just a help for life.
