At my costomer some, six months back I changed ce password,now I forgot that .How can I open it again.Now machine asking to replace drum unit.After I replaced new,I have to mention it in enhance security mode.


BUT HOW CAN I OPEN.NOW I AM NOT AUTHORIZED DEALER.

try this method, not sure it works or not, it works on C352 and C252

1. Go into Service Mode.
2. Go into the Enhanced Security Mode : STOP, 0, CLEAR.
3. Select Administrator Password.
4. Enter NEW Administrator Password.
5. Click on END.

The information mentioned by the others isn't a joke. If you do not have the CE password. You are forced to replace main board and/or NVRAM!!!! You shit outta luck if you cant remember it.....

You can always try "11111111", "11111112", "11111113"....until you get to "99999999". Sounds like a full day!!! I'll bet you have all your passwords safely stored on your PC too. Emujo
