C250 Double sided paper jam problem

Hello,I have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C250. - Scanning en copying single sided --> no problem- Printing double sided --> no problem- scanning/copying double sided --> always paper jam... a problem...The paper jams when it is turning over to the other side. Always on the same point. See attached picture for the paper position. So about halfway below the plastic cover on the top.In case that you want me to check / clean sensors, please give me some detailed instructions where they are located and how to get there.. I am not a copyer specialist, but electronics and stuf is really not a problem to me.
