C0045: Cooling Fan Motor 4/5’s failure to turn

The Fan Lock signal remains HIGH for a predetermined continuous
period of time while the Cooling Fan Motor 4/5 is turning.

1\Check the motor connector forproper connection and correct

2\Check the fan for possible overload and correct

3 \Check M28, M29 .

4\PWB-IO.
