i have this problem which my printed copy caused by biased leakage , but after changing HV and all the iu this problem still cannot settle. Biase only caused in black color .Please help TKyou

Hi Can you give me more details of the problem

have you tried to stop a copy in the middle of coping and look at the image on the transfer belt to see if the problem is also on the belt if it is your problem might be the printheads if it is not it might be the transfer roller and the mechanism for lifting the transfer belt. Good luck.

Actually this is bizhub 352, light copy only happen in black iu , the caused confirm is charges leak,but after i change black iu and hvt this problem still there thankyou

So the black image is just as light on color print as black only.
