bizhub 350 wont feed from paper drawers or bypass.

This machine sounds like it has lost drive to the feed system. Has anyone seen this problem?
I am guessing a drive gear is bad or maybe a clutch. Any help or part numbers would be appreciated.

I suggest that you have a look first to see what you can find. It is always better to learn yourself than getting somebody to do the work for you. I am not being unkind here but I just feel that you are asking for help before you have done anything. Are you a tech?
