    Bizhub C224 copyshop keycounter

    Hi there Folks,

I have a simple copy counter with reset/lock switches and counter inputs/displays for both B&W and Color (so the copyshop owner can easily see if the customer uses B&W/color or mixed). I checked the service manual and it seems that the Key Counter Connector does only provide a total count signal, not differing between B&W/col.

    So the question:

Is there either a workaround or some kind of interface board/kit available?

I'm not much familiar with KM, only installed key counter at some Ricoh's so far without any issues. Usually I just pick the mechanical counter signals but it seems that KM only provides one total counter *urghs*

A hint in the right direction would really make my day

You have to use the Vendor 2 interface.
    True-Count
This will do the trick. You can order it directly through Konica Minolta P/N (76400014087)
