    Bizhub C284 Custom paper sizes?

I have a customer that uses 8"x5" paper, can a custom paper size be set in a tray other than the bypass?

You can check the change tray settings under paper under the Copy->Basic->Paper setting on the screen. If printing you may need to check the setup up in the printer properties. User guide is on the CD you might go take a look at it.

Nope, when the bypass is selected and you go to the tray settings button, custom size is an option, when any other tray is selected and you go to the tray settings button, there is no custom size option.

Same info is found in the SVC manual, I'm just hoping for maybe something I've overlooked, or a novel way to fool the machine ;-)

Be sure to feed this paper in the R direction, the long way. Even on machines with a very short paper path 5" length is too short. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
