misaligned copy for konica 7135

i have copier konica 7135 which making misaligned copies on adf and plate,i already have check program for lead edge and centering adjustment but still its giving me the same copy..

is there anything more that i have to do or check from the said program?

also check the alignment for each paper tray too

CMB has it right.

Verify that the "misaligned copies" is the same for all paper drawers and/or the bypass tray before you start messing with the registration/skew at the scanner.

I'm not familiar with the 7135. But, you should be able to print out of test page of some sort to check for registration in both axis.
