Hello i need help on a Minolta Bizhub c550.I updated the firmware and now i can not get into tech mode. it seems all the admin codes are wiped out. any help will be great. Thanks Lou

Try holding the Function/Counter key down while you switch on the main power. Keep the key pressed until dashes appear in the lower left corner of the display.

The machine will bypass the normal startup and open in tech-mode.
