the toner bottle hoppers on these copiers suck. 2403 codes all the time. do you have a fix for it?
Yes they do, I just did a quick search for 2403 and there are about 13 fixes dating back to July 2006, Ver 30 roms are supposed to help some but for me it just delayed showing the code for 30 seconds.
I've fitted mods galore, some stay away others come back.
If the mods have been fitted I have a long vacuum and a torch to suck the toner off the sensor works every time (for a while).

contact minolta. biz hub 420/500 copier. they have a replacement toner kit for that problem.if your machine has a serial number under a certain ser.number they will ship it free. about two hours of work, but fixed my problem. hope this will help.
