There is a link that has been removed from the machine to connect a coinbox/cardreader or some other device. Whoever removed the device didn't replace the link plug. Call your local dealer and they should be able to supply and or fit it for you.

its called a jumper. be sure to use the right one. plug in the wrong one and you will blow the main control board.
