Minolta c350

Hello,
could you help me to reset the controller of Minolta c350, because I can ping it, but could not access it from web also I can't see controller details on the dispaly(it dissapeard from there)

Was it a Fiery controller? If the fiery icon on the control panel has gone away and won't return with a hard reboot, you may need to reload system software or even replace the controller HDD.

you might also check controller type in service mode, i think its type 1, check the manual and be sure, ive seen these change after a surge or fw update

Logic would tell you that type one is the correct selection but I looked at one earlier and for the standard, do nothing POS Emperon print system, type 3 is the right choice and I believe that type 2 is used for the IC401. Keep in mind that the machine I just looked at was the Kyocera 2230 version of the C350 which is identical from what I can tell.
