Hi, i have a problem with this machine, only in front of the copier i can see a red blue and orange, together, and the star botton is orange, the customer was printing 20 copies in 12 X 18 special paper, and only 19 copies go out. And the machine is dead, i change the power supply, the dc board, and the board that have de memory ram, the panel and nothing happen, the machine not warning up, no fans, no motor, nothing , but the boards are receiving the signal, because i can see the leds on, thanks for your coments,.

replace the RAM, that's all it will be.

You should recover the other parts as they are not required to fix this problem.

thanks, i fixed the problem, i change the board that contains the memory dimm. the machine is ok now
