Konica 7033 f-28-2

I do some of the basic troubleshooting for our copiers and I came across this error after removing a paper jam (accordian style) at the exit of the drum unit. I had to remove the drum unit to get all of the paper out. After powering back up everything looks ok. When I make a copy I get the f-28-2 error. When I open the front door there is paper about half way out of the drum unit.
This copier just came in a couple of months ago from another division and we did not renew the contract. . .yet!

Is this an easy fix or something for a Konica tech?

Thanks

Shorting transfer corona, either shorting or broken wire, if it is shorting replace the entire assembley.it can also be the contact block on the duplex door, either way i would call a qualified tech, hope this helps

Thanks Luther,
I'll probably switch the contracts from one of my older copiers to this one and call a tech.
Thanks again for the info on the copier.

sounds like you broke the tx cw when digging around in there, or displaced the tx unit, call a tech, its expensive digging round in there
