    Re: C8000

    Hi,
Light coated stock (especially doublesiding) is difficult for any digital machine to cope with.
I have some suggestions that may help
Check the grain direction of the stock, light stock should be long grain. Short grain will want to wrap around the upper fusing roller.
Adjust the fusing temperature down, this may help to reduce the stock sticking to the upper fusing roller.
If doublesiding ensure the side with the least amount of coverage is printed last, this also may help with the stock sticking to the roller.
Make sure the fusing exit rollers (ceramic rollers) have the correct tension setting.
Replace the upper and lower fusing exit guides.
Hope this helps and good luck
