Jamming of A3 in C352

I encountered a problem of jamming of A3 but i found out that the user is printing from the computer with A4 as an original size and manually selecting the paper tray of A3. At first C352 will have a message in the screen- change the paper on the tray of A3 into A4. But incase you just opened and closed the tray without replacing the paper the C352 will proceed to printing process but will jam the A3.
