Dialta 551 flash upgrade

Does anyone have or know where I can download KM Di 551 flash upgrades? A customer has a machine that will output one copy fine, but multiples cause an SC code indicating a comm error or DMA conflict. The guys at Hytec seem to think a version upgrade will solve the conflict. Any help appreciated. I'm an indy, so no access to Konica's download center. Thanks.
