control panel goes white screen

hi guys,

anyone had experienced the control panel for the press c8000 going white screen. Upon boot-up, konica logo only then screen will go white eventually...
test control panel but no good...

any idea would help...

Have you solved this issue
Is the powers save button flashing orange ?
IF this is the case then you need to reloaded Firmware for the Image control on the machine
Firmware reloading is different form the normal reload in this case
