Controller Detail button not showing

my CN3102e controller detail button not showing at touch panel.
1. powers on
2. network lights ok, but no connectivity to fiery from pc. no responce from fiery
3. HDD light(orange) blinks 6 times and one longer blink.
what could be the problem? kindly help
