    Incomplete installation on C220

    This C220 had a problem that led to the replacement of the harddisk. Thereafter it came up with a licensing error that was resolved by going through the license repair process with the assistance of KM infohub portal. Now the problem is the cyan or magenta lines that prints across copy jobs which signifies incomplete installation. We went through the installation configurations, but the reason why installation cannot be completed is because the "Gradation adjustment" tab that should be seen under "Image Process Adjustment" in the service mode is missing. So this adjustment cannot be done! Has anyone experienced this, kindly let me know how to get this tab to reappear. Thanks

    Go into service mode under "image process adjust" and make sure "grad/dev AC bias V selection" is off.
