Konica Bizhub C353 Black Skew Adjustment?

    Hi,

Does anyone know if you can adjust the skew on the black PH unit? I replaced the black PH unit and now the black is off from the CMY colors. Or do I have to adjust the skew on the CMY to match the Black?

the c, m, y heads have manual adjustment, the black head doesn't. the colour heads use the black head as reference for calibration. there's a good chance the black head isn't in correctly. try refitting it first, then calibrate the colour heads as per the manual. whilst you're at at, make sure the IDC sensors under the transfer belt are clean.
