Thanks for the replies everyone! I just figured it out, the previous tech had the scan area under machine adjustments all the way to 5.7mm cause he was too lazy to fix the crooked adf apparently
Anyways I bumped that adjustment way down, reset and the problem has completely went away. Thanks for your help everyone. Now to get everything centered...

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
