    Constant Warm-Up on BH 600

    Hello,

I have a BH 600 with 3.7M. When the operator turns on the machine in the morning, it never gets past the warm-up phase. When I turn off the main power, it "resets" and is ready to copy quickly. The TCSB is clean, bias roller is newer, and has happened only 6300K into a PM, so all the integral parts are fresh too. I have also updated the firmware...ANY suggestions would be appreciated! Thank You!

I have had this same problem and I replaced the TCSB board and the problem went away.

If you have problems after cleaning the tcsb, then replace it. Also if you have lose toner in the drum carriage, you should check out the threads on how to adjust for that. The loose toner is what gets on the sensor. Also if the cleaning roller is worn out, replace it.
