    Look at the right hand vertical transport door, the top third of the exterior metalwork of this door is removable and behind the metal you will find a further dust collector that runs onto the top transport white roller. Normally it will be obvious when this gets packed with dust as it falls all over the floor under the door!

    Remove outer cover of right side door. You'll also see some of these on the registration assembly and under the registration roller. They're easy to vacuum or scrape with a knife blade. =^..^=

    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
