Working on a C352, I'm getting an accordion look on the paper on the #2,3,4 trays. It's about 5" down does 4 accordions then 4" good then 2 more. It does not do it on tray 1 or with the bypass.

jam codes?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Sounds like something in the vertical transport area near tray 1 and 2.
What are the paper sizes and types in all your trays.

No Jam Codes,
paper size tray 2 8 1/2 x 11, tray 3 & 4 11 x 17,
Loop timing?
The only thing all three of those trays have in common is the set of transport rollers attached to the second tray feed assembly. That is where I would start.
Try setting all trays up with the same paper. Make sure paper type settings are all identical and then test all trays again. Ive been fooled before into thinking an issue was limited to a certain tray when the issue was for example a fuser unit.
