Hi Everyone!

I am printing on card stock and the image comes out great but there is a black haze printing in the white area!
Is there a way to adjust the density? I have gone into
Service Mode
Image Process
Background Voltage
Black is a -5

But it is still showing a haze of black toner on the white card!

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

try taking it to +5, and/or replacing the 2nd transfer roller. see if this makes any difference.
