bizhub 700 error c2401

hi guyz,i have got my minolta bizhub 700 which is showing error code c2401,i have tried to reset it but still comes back,does any 1` have any idea of the cause of this code,please help i am stranded.

You're in Zimbabwe, I agree, you are stranded. But since I am such a nice guy...and I assume you are really working on a Bizhub 750 check your erase lamp. Emujo

hi,i have the manual and its saying its the printer controler board,i have changed the board bt still comes back,now i dondnt kno wether the service book is lying,i am a proper technican with over 20 years in the field,the problem is that i am not too familiar with minoltas.

Well, at least in the US there is no bizhub 700, double check your model, but the error code you're getting is an erase lamp on the 600/750, 601/751. Emujo

check for any broken wires on ur main charger, the PCL wires might be damaged or needs replacing
