Konica 7030 Print/copy problems

Hi, can anybody tell me how to access the service codes on this machine or where I can get a service manual? The print quality is poor in as much as there is a dark line on the edge of the copy or print out. I suspect that the machine needs new developer and needs resetting up. I don't normally service these machines but my customers' service company has gone bust and left them with no back up. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
