Lovely photos. It would be really helpful if you were to print off the Management List, than look at the jam codes listed. Don't know how? Consult your manual. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

This series of doc feeders have a angle-shaped sensor on the top cover.
Hard to see at first but it always gets covered in paper dust.
It's always fixed it for me.
There are really no one-ways on this model and the rollers last a long time
Need jam codes from jam history in service mode or from a printed list output (management list). Does the leading edge of the paper stop in the same place every time or does it vary. Is the paper damaged at all?
Honestly the pictures you give are no help. You just took pictures of the doc feeder nothing that helps us.
