Have a machine that the paper tray will lower and rise on it's own at times. There is a series of actuators right there where the feed rollers are. They are not dropping into position all the time. It's just kind of random. Looked in the parts manual and can't really find where this thing is exactly. My guess is there is a spring loose or something but I'm not sure. Any tips or advice before I start tearing into this thing?
