    Bizhub c454e Lct not fuctioning

    I have a New bizhub C454e that will not fully recognize the lower PC410 lct cabinet. We have tried a different PC410 with same results. The tray is recognized in the paper tray select, but will not register paper. Tray will not push paper over nor will the tray lift. I'm thinking a new main board but if someone else has a better idea please let me know.

    Ok main board was replaced now we are getting a sc4802 plus machine will not accept firmware.

    did you follow the board replacement procedure in the service manual and use a new board ?

    do you remove all the attachement .if the yellow bracket is trigget the pc 410 would nt not reconize the paper size
