Has anyone had any problems with the 920 giving SC46-25 codes on first switch on in the morning. It does not do it all the time. version40 firmware loaded.

Has anyone had any problems with the 920 giving SC46-25 codes on first switch on in the morning. It does not do it all the time. version40 firmware loaded.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. The light blocking cover at the read section and the lens cover are removed.
2. The connector of the CCD board is disconnected.
3. The power cable of the CCD board is unplugged.
4. The ICP of the CCD board is cut off.
5. The light volume of the exposure lamp is excessive.
6. The exposure lamp does not light up.
PROBABLE SOLUTIONS:
1. Check the light blocking and lens covers.
2. Check for pinchedor unplugged wires.
3. Reseat the Image Control board (p/n 57GA-9010).
4. Check the the CCD board (p/n 57GA-6300); replace if necessary.
5. Check the exposure lamp (L1) (p/n 56UA-830-10); replace if necessary.

Check also the Lamp starter in the optics. Ive seen many of the go bad on the 7085 and the B600's
