Di 650 Paper Jams J93-01

We are having problems with paper jaming in the ADU.
They are getting and intermitent jam. I mean pherhaps the machine does 70 copies and it jams and next jam wil came after 20 copies, an so on.The error code is J93-01.The Jam occurs at the sponge roller.
Perhaps we misted cleaning something?

You may have a bad decurler roller (sponge roller) or the one way bearing on the end of that roller is bad(front side) if the roller feels soft i would replace it, hope this helps

Be sure to chek the ADU registration rollers, the bind up sometimes. Also the ADUDB goes out all the time. A sympton for the ADUDB is the paper will aslo wrap or try to wrap around the decurler roller, also J32-02 and j32-04.
