Thanks for all the help in the past, here we go again it seems. I have replaced all of the imaging units in the last few months. Anyone have any ideas?

what kind of paper is that ? If its anything thicker than run of the mill crappy office paper it needs to be set to the appropriate thickness setting for the toner to fuse properly.
And, gotta love people using old office machines as production machines - it will be a never ending battle that will only end in tears. They just are not designed for that kind of daily usage and never were.
Less than 10K per month gets printed on the machine. The stock was 80lb gloss on a "Thick 3" setting. It has been printed through the machine dozens of times with good results before.

how old is the fusing unit or the 2nd transfer roller?
Hi that looks like the transfer belt is no cleaning properly.
10K clicks, is that 10K 8.5x11 sheets or 5K 11x17 sheets?
also how much of that is 80# Gloss Cover?
Non of the office machines will run coated cover well for long runs, i have been using C650 and C451 for years, for business color not for production.
If its a short run of 50 hand cards, with medium coverage, or anything that is super short run I will run it on 80# un-coated (like accent digital), that will be your best bet.
but i can tell you that your belt will go early and fuser as well, usualy at the 120K mark, i have seen stuff go faster. Also room temp, when running that machine for more then 20 minutes put the AC on and keep the room cool. Machine should be 18 inches away from the wall, and you should pull the OZONE FILTERS, even the color toner filter. lets the machine stay cooler.
Can also try cleaning the transfer roller just below the fuser. We've got these great orange colour wipe towelets the clean toner powder off anything. Wipe the roller down good. Probably not your issue but can help.
