In a nutshell, read pages 43-66 in the service manual.

Oh, and I'm NOT going to cut and paste 24 pages of instructions!

It isn't rocket science. Then again, it helps if you have an idea of what you are doing. Hire a tech to take care of this for you.

Besides, this isn't going to reset the administrator password for you.

hello Boss

i have a problem with my bizhub c250

an error message display in the printer

P6,p7,p8,p9,p21

and i can't enter in service mode bcos i forgot my password

now what i can do for this trable

Your ITB or Image Transfer Belt seems to be messed up. The copier is unable to pass its color image density self-test.

I have had a Magenta IU, take out all of the rest of the IUs. Once I replaced it the problem went away. So it is possible for only 1 of the IUs is bad. Which one.........

do u mean add toner powder to the IU unit am i correct??

my second problem is i cant enter the service mode it as protected by a password i enter the defalut password but it is not correct if u have any suggection for this?????????
