You take the cover off the front side of elevator, or output tray, and you pull off the gear and belt and put in correct position and reassemble.

So ... is it an optical skew from a print, an optical skew from a copy, or a paper skew? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

THIS IS YOUR FIX...
Remove glass and use a hex wrench (maybe 1.5mm? or 1.27?) on front and/or rear black hex screws that have threadlock on them in the CCD/lens box. Twist 1/4 turn cw or ccw and note the change. test, correct as needed. If you go too far, you will see black ribs on edges. Anytime these are rolled around and strongly vibrated, we notice optic skew, even when adjusted correctly, then delivered to customer a bounce on the sidewalk or worse yet, concrete with cobblestone is sure to do it, so be careful when moving! This is a standard part of our refurb process.
it is a skew from a print out but my original is perfectly fine...and I notice if I do a tests pattern copy the turn out is fine and not skew...only when i copy a fine one the output is skew... thanks for all your help guys
Yank up the left front corner of the scanner unit. Somebody was leaning on it and it went down a little.
This is the most common cause of skewing in the copy mode by all machines of this design starting with the Di-350 through Di-351, Di-3510 series until the BH-350's and likely also the BH-362 series.
