So what did you find in the fuser area after you opened it up and had a look?

Nothing up-normal !!!

I tried again and problem solved, but i don't know how ??

Pull fuser unit out and take a good look at the electrical plugs that would mate to the main frame when inserted, the may have a bent contactor and the ones on the main frame side may be pushed in or broken, If so you will need to replace connectors on both fuser assy. and frame side to do it right.
