I have a customer with an old Konica 7020 that was moved to a new
office. I have changed the IP address and all computers print to it
fine, but we cannot scan. We have installed the scantrip software and
can physically scan to a mailbox at the printer, but when we poll the
mailbox in scantrip, it comes back "no files". Scantrip can communicate
with the scanner during the test, but cannot retrieve files in the
mailbox. What am I missing?
