    BizHub 601 C-2203

Hey all,C-2203 on startup. We get past the KM splash screen, machine goes into warmup and then gives us a C-2203. Is this the drum blade flip or a board issue?

I wasn't in front of it and our tech was out. I think we found the issue though. The drum blade seemed to be stuck on the drum. Recoated, reinstalled, works fine. What we couldn't figure out was we had JUST run about 200 sheets through each tray figured it was good and then turned it off. When I turned it back on to test the network side of it, it threw that code immediately.

excellent thanks for the follow up... I've seen that before, where the blade wouldn't flip but held the drum in place and would blow a drum motor code.
