    J15-01 on Bizhub C220

    Hello Folks out there,

    i got a problem with a bizhub c220.

There is a paper jam between the red feeding rollers after around 20 till 40 Sheets. Jam Code says J15-01.
We have already changed the feeding tires, one way clutches and Separation roller and nothing helped.

I think the next step would be to change the feeding motor of the LCT....

Is there someone who had the same jam code ?

    Greetings

    Marco

You wouldn't happen to be feeding Comet brand paper from a PC-408, tray #3? This is a strange situation, but for me, affected 60+ machines:

Misfeeds (1501) from tray #3 (PC-408) only, with 350 sheets or less in the right side of the tray, right in the bite of the feed/separation rollers. Standard letter sized paper is 279mm. Comet brand paper is 280.4mm, which fits a little too snuggly front to rear, causing the lift plate to tip to the right at the top of it's lift. To replicate the problem remove tray front face and lift motor. Manually lift the tray to observe tipping. Theory: paper stalls when the left side of the stack presses against the top of the feed unit. Loosen the four right side screws to spread the front and rear frames/guides an additional 1.25mm (the remaining screw hole clearance). Snug screws.

It's a longshot, but how about this? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I am going to look at a copier tomorrow that I have been chasing this problem on for 3 months. If you are correct, "me love you long time".

We are only using A4 Paper, no Letter Format.

But there could maybe a lift failure?
I looked for mod. on the km Website, but there was nothing specific for feeding problems from PC-408.

I had this jam code once before on other machines. There always some black "grease" under the oneway clutches. After removing the "grease" and changing the clutches the problem was solved.

    Hello,

i want to give a little feed back.

    The problem is solved.

We have shorten the sensor flag from the lift sensor on LCT.
The sensor flag is on the paper feed unit.

Now the machine is running very fine.
