Why do most KM machine print a pink tinge

Hi

I have noticed that a lot of the KM machines create a pink tinge to document that have grey in the image.

There are other posts for specific machine with no real answer other than to try the latest driver, latest firmware and also try different quality setting within the driver which I fully take on board.
I have noticed this with the new C364 series and have started getting calls on various application and situation but with the latest print driver/firmware the only option was to adjust the colour balance.
I can’t be the only one that finds this a bit frustrating?

Gradation just needs running a few times. Had this on a few machines you set up the gradation a few times I do it like this...

1 - setup gradation, machine prints a test sheet (look at it you should see the pinkness)
2 - let the machine scan it, machine prints another sheet (look at it again if theres no pink exit service mode and enjoy if its still pink just keep doing it)

I have the same thing with a C554e and I try the grduation adjust and no use..
What is next step?
