    Thanks for posting this! I just had a Bizhub 552 (black & white) that had the "turn the main switch off and on" message w/the FA 14 code. The machine was dead and every time you turned the main switch off and on, it just came up with the message again. Replacing the Hard Drive fixed it. Tried the special firmware first, but it didn't fix the problem.

    Also experiencing this on a 652 black.

    Hdd was replaced earlier on in its life, but noticed another singular hdd error a few weeks ago in the error code log among nothing but FA14.

    Ongoing issue with mine every day & customer getting annoyed, so have changed HDD again, new MFP board, new Ram, initialized NVram and completely reconfigured machine from scratch. It is running the latest FW and always has been. If this is still going on then F'ed if i know, I'm out of ideas.

    There is special firmware available for this problem....GCZ-D1
